Departure of Heads of State/Government from New Delhi

Note:

All accredited media will have access to the International Media Centre at Pravasi Bharatiya Kendra.In case any Media person who has not completed registration may have access to IMC through PIB Card.

1. International Media Centre

International Media Centre at Pravasi Bharatiya Kendra (PBK), Dr. Rizal Marg, New Delhi will be functional from 0900 hrs. of 10th March 2018 till 2100 hrs of 11th March 2018.

2. Collection of Badges

Accreditation badges may be collected from Pravasi Bharatiya Kendra (PBK), Dr. Rizal Marg, New Delhi from 1500 hrs of 09th March 2018 to 1800 hrs of 10th March 2018.

3. Video Feed and Photostream

Clean feed from Host Broadcaster (Doordarshan) will be available at International Media Centre at Pravasi Bharatiya Kendra for the entire duration of the Summit.

4. Access to RBCC Summit Venue during Plenary Session (0900-1330 hrs)

Official Media Delegations: Official Media Delegations accompanying Heads of State/Heads of Government will be permitted access on the principle of 2 Photographers + 2 Videographer + 1 Correspondent

International Media: Accredited International media not accompanying Heads of State/Government will have access on the principle of 1 Correspondent per Organization

Indian Media: Accredited Indian media will have access on the principle of 1 Correspondent per Organization.

Please note that that access to Summit Venue does not guarantee access to Plenary Hall where media seating is limited. Preference will be given to Official Media delegations accompanying Heads of State/Government after which any remaining seats will be allotted through draw of lots.
Once the Plenary Sessions are concluded, all accredited Correspondents will have access for the technical sessions.

5. Transport to RBCC Summit Venue

All media will be escorted from the International Media Centre to the RBCC Summit Venue in designated buses. Detailed departure schedule will be available at IMC on 10th March.
For the plenary session, the buses will depart at 0615 hrs on 11th March 2018.

For the Technical Sessions, the buses will depart at 1330 hrs from IMC.
No Media will have direct access to the Summit Venue
