Acting East: PM’s Three-Nation Tour

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi set out on “An Eastern Sojourn” on 13th May, 2015 for a three-nation tour of China, Mongolia and South Korea. While on one hand, the visit saw signing of several agreements with the three countries, signalling joint steps forward and re-invigorating the bonds of trust and friendship, it also saw spiritual and cultural ties being reinforced. The Prime Minister’s zeal to engage with the Indian community was equally matched by their warmth, enthusiasm and ardor.
