ONE STOP CENTRES ABROAD

Will the Minister of EXTERNAL AFFAIRS be pleased to state :-

(a) the details and current status of One Stop Centers (OSCs) proposed abroad and their locations, country-wise ;

(b) the details of criteria behind the selection of countries for setting up of OSCs; and

(c) the details of the funds allocated, released and utilised for the OSCs abroad?

(a) Ministry of External Affairs has recently authorised the following 09 Indian Missions/Posts abroad to establish "One Stop Centres” (OSCs) under their respective jurisdictions:

(b) The selection of countries for setting up the OSCs abroad was undertaken based on the number of Indian Diaspora residing in a particular country. The criteria also included Indian Missions/Posts abroad which assist a larger number of distressed Indian women in their jurisdictions.

(c) The details of funds allocated, released and utilised till date for the OSCs abroad are as follows:
