EXPENDITURE INCURRED ON PM’S FOREIGN TRIPS

Will the Minister of EXTERNAL AFFAIRS be pleased to state:-
(a) the amount (in Rs.) spent on the Prime Minister’s foreign trips over the last five years, country-wise and year wise;
(b) the details of the number and nature of public engagements conducted during these foreign trips, the number of attendees and cost incurred (in Rs.) over the past five years; and
(c) the amount of funds (in Rs.) spent only on advertising and broadcasting these public engagements organised during these foreign trips, year-wise and trip-wise details for the last five years?

(a to c) The country-wise details of foreign visits by the Prime Minister over the last five years are placed at Annexure I
. The details of public engagements, number of attendees and expenditure on advertising and broadcasting of engagements are placed at Annexure II.
